FOL competition on Legal Right of Women

Faculty of Law, PDM University organized a competition to create awareness about the Legal Rights of Women, sponsored by National Commission for Women on 28^th November 2017 under the guidance of Head & Dean, Department of Law, Prof. (Dr.) B.P. Singh.

An objective type exam of one hour consisting of 50 questions was conducted at 12:00 noon. These 50 questions were prepared from various acts related to Women’s Rights and Empowerment. In total, 38 students of L.L.B. (3 Year) and B.A. LLB. (5 year) participated in the examination. To maintain the fairness of the exam, Head & Dean, Department of Education, Prof. (Dr.) M. E. Haider was appointed as observer and two invigilators were invited from the Placement Cell of the PDM University. The Lunch was organized for the participants. Hon’ble  Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Bakhshi , Dean, Student Welfare, Heads & Deans of various Departments were invited. The programme was chaired by the Hon’ble  Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Bakhshi.

The result was declared by Head & Dean, Department of Law, Prof. (Dr.) B.P. Singh. The winners are
