PDMU VC Prof. A. K. Bakhshi Felicitated
Prof. A. K. Bakhshi , Vice-Chancellor, PDM University was felicitated virtually on 29th August 2020 with the Acharya Shikshavid Samman-2020 by the Fun2Learn organisation in appreciation for his efforts to education and society at large and in recognition of his outstanding commitment, dedication and contribution in the difficult time due to Covid-19.
Prof. Bakhshi was also felicitated with the International Public Figure Award-2020 on National Education Day by Swaran Bharat Parivar. Prof. Bakhshi who was the Guest of Honour on the occasion spoke about New Education Policy-2020.
Prof. Bakhshi was also invited as Distinguished Speaker at the two-day Virtual National Conference on “Implementation of New Education Policy-2020 for transforming India” organised by Amity University. Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank’, Hon’ble Minister of Education, Govt. of India was the Chief Guest at the conference. Prof. Bakhshi spoke on Digital Transformation in Higher Education and Research for Growth and Sustainability at this conference.
